Problem in submitting application to University of Regina

I have filled my online application to University of Regina, but the problem is in giving application fees, ive entered my credit card pin etc, but it is displaying me a message"SORRY AN ERROR OCCUR CANT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION ANT THIS TIME"

I also experienced this. Just try again and make sure Credit Card details are correct.
Also, provide the proper credit card mailing address... Caz here someone was telling that system was not allowing me to pay the fee and then she changed the cards mailing address and it works...
