Problem in linking offline application to online

I have tried several times but i am not able to link my offline application to online.Its been 26 days I applied offline but I’m getting so frustrated that why I’m not able to link it.i check twice everytime.
Please help guys
And also visit of purpose is tourism so i put on dates which were 15th may to 29th may.help me guys please
