I encoutered a problem on validating my IMM 5710 form for PGWP.

I typed "To 2013 09"; "2013" is good, but "09" is not valid. It said that "The format you entered in the following field was incorrect: to (MM). The correct formate is: YYYY-MM-DD." But i cannot type more than 2 digits for mm.
