Hi guys..need some advice in here! I'm getting worried about my situation..I just pass my pr aplication last June and got the Aor las July..my problem is I work 2 job sometimes but same employer but my salary is different one is lower rate that lmo and the second is the same as the lmo rate..do you think I will be refused about that matter!?

An LMO is issued for only one job. Doesn't matter if it's the same employer, if it's a different position than what's on the LMO, it is not authorized.

It's not entirely clear how CIC would handle this... If you qualified on the basis of one job, but simultaneously performed a 2nd unauthorized job...

This is really weird...you work two jobs for the same employer? Did you clarify the matter to the CIC when you mailed in your application?

I'm hired as a cook the company but somehow they taking me out to serve in my day off that has different rates .. Cook is$ 18 and serving is $11 and it was written in every payday on pays tub ...so do you think it will my application because of that matter...
