I have a big problem,
CIC refused my work permit " your application for a work permit cannot be approved as requested without a valid LMO and Confirmation from Human Resource and Skills Developments Canada"
MY request was for Cost Estimator NOC 2234! In Alberta do not need LMO!

I called 15 times Immigration call center, Various Immigration lawyers and much more.
At the end they suggest me to go a Point of Entry and explain the whole situation!
I live in Edmonton and the POE close to me is Coutts! 615 km!
Any suggest?
