Do CIC consider probation period of job as the job experience? My wife joins a job last year and her probation period was 3 months which later confirmed to permanent employee. Will CIC consider this probation period as the part of experience?

Unofficially, I don't know WHY a probation period would not be included as "time worked". If your wife was performing the duties of her position and being paid for her work, then it should count. Probation periods are just management's time to evaluate whether or not an employee is a good fit with their organization.

Agree with Pippin, probation period shall be considered as it is paid. Any unpaid work experience or volunteering is not counted.

I agree with Pippin and Vishesh but I am not sure of CIC whether they would consider this period as work experience. Is it documented somewhere that probation period is counted towards as work experience? Any such case if reported earlier would definite help me a lot.

Even when i gave my work experience, i was on probation for 6 months. Every appointment letter mentions this that a person will be on probation for such and such period and i submitted the letter confirming my services in the company permanently. They did not question this thing at any point. They just mention that work experience should be all paid, no charity and no volunteering. So as long as one is paid, that experiences counts.

So do not worry about that.

When you filled in the date for the commencement of this job you would put the first day of work, not the first day AFTER probation.
I don't know if it is possible to do a search in the Op Manuals, but there is nothing in my mind that would justify the exclusion of the probation period from one's employment experience.
