My name is binyam Akalu from Ethiopia. Due to my country full political war and my life is endanger. I forced to go to Israel. Currently I am living in refugee immigrants and have temporary rufgee letter as many immigrants

My relative in Canada who is Canadian citizen volunteer to sponsor me,to come to Canada

No. Your relative needs to find four other people willing to sign the sponsorship papers and agree to financially support you.

In Group 5 way, it need refugee status determination.
We all isreal immigrants have temporary refugee letter.
So there is no way he can alone sponsor me if he has full capable in financial .

It's a newspaper article. Journalists often get the facts wrong. As already said, there is no one person sponsorship program. You need to go through Group of 5 sponsorship.
