so last month before i left canada, and before i was issued my approval, my husband orderder file notes. At the time of request, we ended up requsting them under the privacy act, submitted the documnent allowing my husband to order information on me, and were never prompted for payment. i later learned in order to get the full notes on the visa office file, we were suppose to order the other set of notes. well i just received the notes, and i'm not sure how different the other set would be? the information we received didn't just cover the sponsor's app or information from mississauga, as suggested they would. it included info from the ottawa visa office, all the actions to be completed for my app, as well as notes from the visa officer about my RPRF request (basically just a copy of the email sent to me) and our relationship. It shows a breakdown of our relationship as well as info on my exclusion order, dates of visitor's records, info on how we met, when we saw eachother, and when/where we got married. the information also stated the officer felt the relationship to be "bonafied" and there was no evidence to suggest the relationship was just to get status in canada. the only "mistake" is that they listed my highest level of education as bachelor's degree, not master's. i'm not sure how that happened, and since i've been approved i don't really care.
sooooo.... i'm wondering, what would the other notes have that these didnt? why are people paying $5 for notes if you can get the same info for free? am i missing something here?
