Prison services NOC

Hi, i iave an experience of 6 years(2010-16) as warehouse manager(NOC0714) and then as prison officer for past 3.5 years. My ques are
1. Do i come under NOC 0423 as prison offcier? Bcoz prison services also cm under NOC 4422 which is not eligible for
2. Should i apply for NOC 0714 or 0423(if eligible). ?
3. Is there any option for NOC4422?
