PRINCE II as a post graduate certificate by WES

I would like to know if "PRINCE II practitioner" certificate will be considered by WES and can I include myself in "two or more diplomas category"? I have done my Bachelors in Engineering (4 years).

P.S.: PRINCE II is globally recognised certificate awarded by AXELOS, UK.

PRINCE II is a just project mgmt certification course ... it is not a degree or post graduation or PHD...
