I am yet to receive the notes(applied on apr5). Will update next month.
Thinking they started assigning additional office to avoid being left out for long period which is good since many files get stuck in the primary office.

Lets hope so that it is going this way... Cause Windsor office is almost nill at processing/working on 2020 applicants till now

Mine too quoting same secondary offices.

Page5: None of the assessments(language, knowledge, prohibitions, residence) started as of status date Aug2020 with Due date is Aug-2021.

End pages: security/Criminality passed on oct2020. Possibly different teams work on this section hence was completed.

End pages: Paper file history updated on March 2021 at windsor. Transferred from CPC Sydney on Feb 2021. Transfer reason: eligibility.

It took one year to just transfer the file. I wonder why the file status change to IP in Oct without even trasferred to windsor. Seems CPC Sydney missed transferring the file after AOR in Aug2020. God knows when the officer will start reviewing the file in windsor as its just only 1 month after the transfer even though cpc already wasted 6 months after AOR/IP.

Too many pages: Since i have lot of absences due to frequent commute, they seem to have entered lot of records hence lot of pages occupying the gcms pdf file.

Was your file transferred on time? Trying to see if its only my file or all files are being delayed.

My file went In-Process on Feb 02 and was transferred to Windsor office on March 03rd.

Police and Security clearances were passed before my file was transferred and received at Windsor office. Now my file is stuck in Test Ready status and Windsor office is not touching 2020 files at all !!!!!!!!

Ok... good that your file was transferred on time.
Is the test ready status in your gcms or from call center? if its from call center then i doubt that they know anything on internal detail.

Where can I see in my GCMS notes that my file is test-ready?

I got this Test Ready info from the call center.

I think i have seen someone posting on it with referring to gcms. I dont know if all officers enter notes in file.

I guess the reason why no one from the Windsor office has heard any developments on file is that the files are still not assigned to any individual officer for processing.

Based on the report link shared by @rajkamalmohanram, the Windsor office has not processed a single applicant from 2020 till now.

This is sickening to hear. I'm not sure why that office is special and why they aren't processing any applications.

Think you should try to get more details via an ATIP request very specific to Windsor office. This is unfair to applicants who pay hefty "processing fee" and "Right of citizenship fee" and who have been waiting a while for their applications to progress.
