Hi all especially Jes_ON brother if you can give some advise

I have 3 different jobs and NOC's i dont know which one to put for primary NOC?

1. noc 1212 - 1 year exp
2. noc 1215 - 7 months exp
3. noc 1241 - 7 months

Thanks alot

I have seen someone was saying that primary NOC should be the one which you have 1 year continuous work exp to be eligible? is that true?

or it could be any regardless of the time frame of 1 year ?

thanks

That is true for FSW, not true for CEC.

If you want to be eligible only under CEC, then yes.

Whichever you select for primary NOC, it does not mean however that you must continue working in that NOC.

Hi,

Thanks for answering the question. Well, I have a similar situation too. I worked in security services for the period 2019 sept 7 to 2019 Dec 31 under NOC B. Then I am working under NOC A from Jan 1st till current period. Can you pls help me out in What to enter as the primary occupation ? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thankyou

This is really tricky. If it requires one year experience and the candidate has one year Canadian experience in 2 different NOCs then which one to be mentioned as primary NOC? @legalfalcon may throw light on this.

It depends on if you can prove employment for both of them. Another factor is whether you need to target specific NOC for PNP. If yes for the former and no for the latter then my guess is using the latest (current) job NOC as the primary is good enough.
