Primary applicant working in Canada while secondary applicant in India

Hi,

I am working in Toronto with Work Permit for the past 1 year. Now I will be applying for my PR via the Express entry program. I will be applying as a primary applicant and add my spouse as a secondary applicant. My spouse is currently in India and will travel once she gets her PR. My question is is it possible to get a PR for my spouse who is back in India now? If yes, what are the process?

Yes it is possible. The process will be the usual except that after PPR, you will submit your passport in Canada and your spouse will submit their passport in India for stamping.
