Primary applicant in USA on H1B and spouse/kid in India

Is it possible to apply for a PR and send passport from multiple places? I am in USA on a H1B visa and my family (spouse / kid) in India. Let me know if this is possible.

Yes, that's totally fine. Each family member can send his/her passport to a different visa office in a different country. Good Luck!
