Primary Applicant and Accompanying Dependents Issue

Hi All, I just got PPR under EE CE category a couple of days ago, but there is a problem with my situation and would like to know your suggestions!

For now, it is better for me NOT to have the PR status, but I'd like my wife and kids to have it. So will it be ok only my wife and kids to get the immigrant visa and land? Or is it mandatory for primary applicant also to land in order to validate our PR status as a whole?

And if I choose to give up PR this time, will my wife be able to sponsor me in the future?

Primary applicant must land before or with the dependents. So your wife and kids are not allowed to land without you.
