Previous work experience and education history

Hi

I do not want to claim points for all of my previous foreign work experience. How do I avoid this considering in Express Entry profile the system asks you for 10 year work history?

I also do not want to assess all of my education history (ie, I only want to claim for the highest postgraduate degree and not bachelors degree). Can I avoid mentioning my Bachelor's degree in the EE profile?
