Previous Refusal from U.S.

Hey guys,

I came to Canada as a student in 2019 and mentioned a U.S. Visa refusal that I had from 2016 as my father did not disclose it to me.

then I applied for my Work permit and Work visa, where I did not mention the same.

now soon I will be submitting my PR application (CEC-Express entry), and I will mentioned U.S. visa refusal there.

what should I do this situation?

Be honest and say that you have recently been made aware from your father that you may have had a US visa refusal from 2016 and apologize. IRCC prefers that you be upfront and apologetic
