Previous home address on the Official transcript

Hello,
I picked up the "Sealed- Official Transcript" From my university, and realized that they have my previous address on the transcript. (shown as receiver's address)
I graduated few years ago and did not update the address because it was for pick up.
(Record of: Name
1111 Previous St.
City, BC )


My questions are;

1. Does it have to have current address on the transcript?
2. OR, does address shown on the transcript have to be the address on the Issue date

LOL. No transcripts are required, since January 2, 2013. You should read the new instructions and download the new forms.
