I have done my BE in Mechanical Engineer and passed out in July 2018. After that, i joined a small manufacturing company in Sept 2018 and had to leave the job in April 2019 i.e 7 months due to some family issues. My problem is that my employer is not ready to give me an experience certificate nor did he provide me with any other documents such as offer letters, salary slips, relieving letter. The only proofs that i have are the bank statements wherein monthly salary was credited. Could you suggest what could be done during student visa as i cannot show 1 year of gap in profile. Pls help.

Yes, I am from India. My income during that period was non-taxable and hence there are no 26AS and ITR filled.
If I do not show the experience on the visa application and justify the gap by mentioning employment details in the SOP. Will that do?
I do not have an offer letter. Only proof i have are the bank statements wherein monthly salary was credited. What if i do not show this exp in my application. Is it ok. Can i justify the gap in my sop? Or is there any other way?
