1) Need views on why there is so poor response to New Most Current 29 occupation fast track. Even though there is a cap only a very few NOC are nearing the Cap limit. Although 20,000 quota is reserved the applications are still not near 5,000 mark and going by this trend applications will not exceed 10,000 when the cap limit valid till 26 June 2011 arrives.
2) Second query is what will happen to the remaining 10,000 quota which will be unused considering that the limit of 20,000 will not be reached until end 26 June 2011. Who will benefit from the unused quota? Please share your views.
3) Does any one have an idea what will happen to the NOC in the previous 39 fast track category which did not find mention in new most current 29 category list? As those NOC are no more in demand in Canadian labour market will they still be processed before the backlog of pre-feb 2008 cases or after. Please share your views.
