Prequalification Form for MEngg in UofSask

I had filled an online application to apply for Sept 2013 intake MEngg Electrical and Computer Engg program in UoSask.
Then the Graduation Deptt. Email me saying you have to fill a pre-qualification Form and arrange a supervisor then go ahead with the application. Anybody Expereince with this do share with me?

i have filled the pre qualifying too...but haven't got any reply from them.

I also applied for Mengg in Mechanical Engineering - Project Based for Fall 2013
Today i received a mail that they have not selected me stating i dont meet minimum requirements
But I have 67% in my Bachelors and 73% in my final year of study with IELTS of 7.5

How is it possible that i dont meet requirements where they need 1st Division in UG from India anyone please comment on this

there will be 2 possibilites:

1. I think the grades obtained in your field related courses are not meeting the minimum criteria

OR

2. There will be no spots available for the program

The Minimum Percentage for Masters is 70% or so on.. so please kindly take note of it before applying.. thnx

And as i said earlier applying for Masters is not as UG.. u need to find a supervisor, professor or dean... send in you personnel statement of intent stating why u want to study etc... if he like it then he will select u.. Next u need to apply online..
