Prepration for new FSWC

As you know the new FSW program starts in next January. Since there is a quota for each country , one should start preparing the documents from now. SO let us start discussion concerning the required documents
As you see in this link there will be three programs under FSW

I will start by this question: I do not understand if the next FSWC program will have restrictions on required job like in the past there were only 29 required jobs,or will it be open for all NOC?

Hello, I am also getting ready to apply for FSW in January 2013, would like to ask:
can I apply if I do not have a job offer?
do I need to translate into English my birth, marriage certificates and if yes, do I need to translate the ones for my husband and my daughter also?

it will be, God willing. Actually, some countries will not even be allowed to apply, for example Pakistan and India, because they already sent a big number of immigrants into Canada. This is how USA does it with the visa lotterry and that is how it should be done to ensure fairness and diversity.
