1 - What should I write on “Visa Office requested for the process of your application:”

2 - What kind of documents I have to send with the application

Thank you.

1- write Embassy name from where you are applying. e.g in case of Paksitan one should write Isalambad Embassy.

2- Complete set of Applications.
-Application Fees (Foreign demand draft in favour of "Receiver general for Canada")
-Two address Labels
- A photo copy of your passport bio date page.

Do not send any C.V or anyother document as this stage.

Hope it will help.

good idea to read www.cic.gc.ca

The instruction for FSW is pretty good. if you don't read it, you might miss on small things that are important like putting n/a where applicable.

Thank you Furgan,

What does Foreign demand draft in favour of "Receiver general for Canada" means?

Thank you.

I have applied from Bangladesh and I sent the first application to Immigration office in Singapore.Do i need to fill the box "visa office requested to process your application" with "Bangladesh Embassy " or "Canadian Visa office in Singapore" ??
