It is stated on the WES website that "WES accepts academic transcripts in sealed envelopes that have not been opened. Documents will not be accepted if the envelope is opened or the seal is broken." However, university already sent me academic transcripts which I have opened and they are not not willing to send me same documents again. Also, one of the institute I completed my diploma from has been permanently shut down.
