Premier Dubai Applicants -

Hi Everyone,

Can all the Premiers Dubai Applicants reply to this thread.

All my docs were sent to london office in August 2009 and ECAS status has been changed since last week from In Process to Decision Made (without medicals request).

Premiers is not able to provide me with an answer as the letter from CIC would take about 4-6 weeks. So even i am not sure why my case has been rejected.

Has anyone had a bad/good exp. with Premiers....... please share.

Thanks

my batch mate had the same problem. in the end they got to know that premiers forwarded their documents late that's why the visa office thought that they were not interested anymore with their application. i applied also thru premiers abu dhabi and was upset since they are not giving correct updates on what to do next. i finished my medical and waiting for passport request now. only in this forum i was able to know that machine readable passport is required. if they have given me such info i have done this for long time. now, even if i got our passport request, i cannot comply asap since it takes minimum of 6 weeks to process the passport. another wasted time !

Oh that's really bad, i think we continously need to keep ourselves updated through this forum. Or else premiers will never get us out of this.

My papers had reached the london office on time, but then i wonder what went wrong. Anyways i guess i would have to reapply all over again after i receive the letter.

Apply for your passport and hopefully everything would be fine.

All the best :)

we really need to update ourselves here. you see , abu dhabi and dubai branch premiers gave me different info about that when i try to inquire to them. in abu dhabi, the staff told me that it is not necessarily but in dubai the staff told me it is required. whew.. they make a lot of help... for me to be confuse! :(

Premier! Premier!! Premier!!!
Once they get the advance money from potential applicant, their need is fulfilled. They always say "the Consultant is busy with another client", and when you leave message, they never call you back. What a tragedy...

Hi everyone,

we applied thru Premiers Dubai too, so far they are being prompt with regards to docs, but never changed the fact that its very difficult to speak with anyone from their office, always has the same excuse busy with another client, will call back etc.
Hope they'll change, be more approachable and be of assistance to their clients.

regards
mira

Hi, I registered with Premiers Immigration Consultants after speaking to their customer service agent Mr. Sachin Saraiyya in 2007. He advised me that i am eligible for migration and to register as the points system is going to change soon. I paid AED 2010 towards "Payment of draft for Canada" and AED 1250 towards "First Installment towards Canada Fees" and 18 Post-Dated cheques of AED 550 each. After this, the staff never bothered to updated me on my application or any updates. their customer service agent Mr. Sachin Saraiyya who seemed to be friendly at the time of registration showed his true colours later on (which i'll explain later).
Last year (2010) in the month of April, i got a call from Premiers Dubai office stating that i have to submit the final documents and the documents have to reach canada before 15th July. I submitted all the documents in April itself. Once they received these, they sent these documents by a very "Cheap" courier in the month of July on 10th July. Later on upon checking, i found out that the documents delivered on the 25th of July which was way beyond due date. Upon asking for explanation, they advised that its "OK" if the documents reach later. After that there was no update.
This year in May 2011, One of the consultants Ms.Mitzi (mitzi@premiers.ae) informed me that my application was rejected by the Candian High Commission. Upon enquiring why it was rejected they stated i did not enough experience. Guy's here's a quick background about me. I have ONLY banking/finance/accounts experience from the last 8 years. The consultant at Premiers told me that my experience was counted in the IT Field and not banking. This was the first second shocker after the rejection news. I disputed the same but without success.
After this, i requested Premiers to refund the money i had paid as they PROMISE every applicant that in case of rejection, the full amount will be refunded. My mail was forwarded to a lady Ms. Sandhya (sandhya@premiers.ae) who claimed to be Officer - Legal Department/In-Charge of cancellation and refund (sounds inspiring isn't it - but wait) . She sent me a Cancellation request form which i duly filled in and sent it across. She advised me that it takes 7-10 working days to process this request. And i waited...for more than a month. After mailing her after a month enquiring about my refund, she said that Premiers has decided to re-appeal against the decision.
I clearly told them i do not want to re-appeal as already i have wasted 4 years behind this and would like to do it on my own. That lady kept forcing me to re-appeal and finally when i told her in clear english, she said she will speak to the management about this. After some days she sent a mail stating "The management has made its decision not to refund the amount".
I sent emails to Mr.Imran (imran@premiersintl.com), Mr.Mohsin (mohsin@premiers.ae), Ms.Ayesha (ayesha@premiers.ae), Ms.Shaila (shaila@premiers.ae) and their case email (case@premiers.ae) but never got any response from any of them.
I even called up Mr.Sachin Sarraiya and he never answered the phone or any message. All i know about him now is that he is planning to open up his own Immigration Consultancy. Another cheater coming up soon.
Here's what they do. Even if you do not qualify, they'll tell you you do and once you make the payment there is absolutely no sign of communication/information unless you initiate. After some time, they'll tell you that your application has been rejected and you will not get any refund.
Anyway, Now i have decided that no matter what, i'll will ensure i get my hard-earned money back. So any of you guys sharing a similar plight and who are fed-up with Premiers cheating and Fraud, lets come forward and decide some action. After all, its your hard-earned money too.
Do let me know guys. Anybody comes or not, i will still go ahead with the same.

12th November 2011
Further to mentioned above, i had visited Premiers Abu Dhabi on Saturday 12th November 2011. Firstly called them up as a refund client to which the receptionist said all appointments are full. After a couple of minutes i called up again as a new customer to which she said i can get an appointment anytime. So i fixed up the appointment and approached premiers as a new customer and spoke to Ms.Zawaria (pardon me if the name is mispelt). She explained the immigration procedure and gave the standard points - 1. Immigration rules will be changing soon, 2. It will be done in 6-9 months, 3. you fully qualify for the immigration.
Guys, as mentioned above my experience is into Banking/Finance ONLY whereas the immigration officer had rejected After she finished, i informed her that i am an old customer and want my refund back. Upon hearing this, she was stunned and dint get any words to speak. She noted down my File number along with the mobile number and said she will call back.
2.00 PM - Called them to follow up and the receptionist said the consultant will call back
4.00 PM - Called them again to follow up - The receptionist transferred the fone and hung up.
4.05, 4.10, 4.15, 4.20, 4.25, 4.30, 4.35, - Called them but they never answered.. and never called back
13th November 2011
Called up at around 15.00 hrs and the recptionist said consultant has gone for lunch and will call back... nobody called
14th November 2011
9.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned consultant is busy
9.30 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned consultant is busy
10.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned transferred the fone to the consultant. Consultant mentioned to speak to Mr.Abbas who will give more information.
10.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned Mr.Abbas is busy with client
10.30 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned consultant is busy - asked me to call after 20 mns
11.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned Mr.Abbas has gone out of the office
11.30 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned Mr.Abbas is still out of the office and will call back.
12.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned Mr.Abbas is still out of the office and will call back.
13.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist mentioned Mr.Abbas has taken down my mobile number and will call back
14.00 AM - Called up - Receptionist transferred the fone to Mr.Abbas and he asked me what the problem is. Nevetheless, i explained the whole situation to which he mentioned that as per premiers rules and contract, no refund will be provided once the file number is allocated. I argued saying that a few days back itself, your consultant mentioned there will be a refund in case of rejections. He then said that i should get in touch with Dubai office or the consultant Ms.Zawaria.
I told him that i had started my application from Abu Dhabi office and you guys are responsible for my refund. He said he cannot do anything and hung up.

Hi Dyson13,

sorry to hear of your situation; you must inform your consultant that if they do not respond to you promptly (give them a deadline) you would consider reporting the cause to CIC (fraud section) and the local uae police.

Please do contact Qorax for advise on how to proceed before you do anything.

Best of luck!

hey i have also gone through the same experience with premiers & have made payment of Aed2000/- already...when i went to them first they were very convincing & told me my case was very strong god knows how they calculated 67 points for me & we happily paid the money & my friends....ordeal begins .....my consultant Ms. Ambreen whom i had met for the first time without any appointment started ignoring us after recieving payment ....on contacting on mobile she will not pick up or if on landline she is always busy fooling some other client....& believe me they never contact you unless u do so....

at the end summary is i have stopped the procedure they still call me to come submit the docs alongwith further payment i.e.PDCs but i ignore them....anybody whose planning to apply thru them plz wake up!

apply on your own n dont waste ur time & money.....this forum is already very helpful without any hassles!

Guys,

The people who work at this "consulting firm" will only call you back if you are a new client.

I went to Abu Dhabi branch few months back just to be evaluated. But before going there I was fully aware of all the procedures and even if I qualify or not so I know they were giving me false information all the time. They kept calling me for a week to follow up..
They are also try to be smart by giving you an offer of few derhams discount if you registered on the same day of the consultation.. duh !! ??? Stupid trick...

You guys should have a signed contracts with full details of the procedures and that they can offer you. I never heard of a company that doesn't give you the money back after getting the file number !!!! THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE !!!!!!!! who would ask for a refund before getting a file number !!!!! most reputable companies offer a refund in case of rejection, but it has to be mentioned in the contract.

The bottom line.. Don't go with premiers..

Good Luck to all..

Hi Everybody....

Am also a Premier Consultancy applicant 2007. So far i havent faced any problems.... it took me long 4 years to reach this stage. The last incident that i can remember is London office sent me a QA interview call letter by post in August 2011 and Premiers say they havent received it. Upon informing the same to London office, they resent it by email and luckily by gods grace i made it to the interview which was on the 26th of last month.

I am still waiting for my medical re do request.

keep following up and make sure you won't miss the MR. They might receive a request to do the medical but they may forget to inform you..

Yes friend.... i have just forwarded my mail to them and asked them to contact me as soon as they receive it.

You will not believe the number of mistakes they make while typing your IMM forms. I had a very bad experience in getting my updated forms from Premiers to carry with me for my interview. But i made sure that they did it, coz i have paid them...... but luckily dint have much of a problem with Premiers. Am also of the same opinion dont go with Premiers.... new clients could give it a try with Aries management.... they are the best... my friend was a 2007 applicant with Aries... they have landed 2 months back.

Premier Dubai are cheats... I could detail our story here - but no time for that at the moment.

Please just don't go with them anyone. Most consultants are dicey - but Premiers are just terrible, they have little knowledge - make false promises
