Pregnancy news 01 week before Flying

Dear Fellows,
My & my Spouse Visa stamped about 5 months back under FSWP and I m still in my home country.
I am migrating to Canada next week. Just 7 days before flying, we have come across that my wife is Pregnant. I do not want to change my landing program.

I want to ask:
1) Is there any need to inform CIC (Immigration) about it?
2) I intend to land in Ontario where Govt. medical coverage starts after 3 months usually. Is there any favor that Government give for medical in such cases?

You don't need to inform CIC. Go ahead and land and after 3months your spouse will have access to free medicals

Congrats, you don't need to inform CIC, just check with your hometown Gyneacologist what you need to do for the next three months as you won't be covered for 90 days in Ontario. Buying health insurance may be another option???
