So i have a question regarding the international stream with job offer. It says you have to apply for nomination within 2 years from graduation. Does applying for pre-screening count as the first step for nomination application? like if you get the pre-screening approved passed the 2 years from graduation, since pre-screening seems to take forever, are you still able to apply for nomination? any experience with that?
