Pre- June FSW Case rejected!Need ur help

Dear All,
I am one of the unfortunate pre-juner 0213 ( CHC London) who observed DM before MR in the E-cas then received the horrible intimation of rejection after two tiring and endless awaited years stating that my case can't be processed due to ineligibility.

Now I am thinking of putting my case for reviewal. I need u guys help regarding this, can someone please
guide me how to make it. Anyone knows the E-mail I.D of program manager or should I put my plea in front of the Minister(Kenny). Any advise guys out there.

P.S: I don't wanna go for judicial review in the Federal Court of Law, that would be out of my reach.

If it was an issue of work experience, you need to augment your documentation as to your job duties and submit it along with a request for reconsideration to the visa office. Appealing to the Minister won't be useful. Even a request for reconsideration isn't likely to succeed, but it's at least a viable option for about 30-60 days after the rejection.

I actually agree with your assessment of judicial review. I'm in court now on my own application (also in NOC 0213) which was rejected for medical grounds. It's a painful and expensive process, with very low probability of success.
