Important observation from the CAIPS notes is that the file was transfeed in june 2010 directly to ECU and not lately as being speculated on the forum.

Kindly provide your inputs and evaluation for the same.

Congrats pharmaguys.....you cross all the main hurdles except medical request.....I think after the medical received you may be received your visa with in one month because security & criminal checking are already done.

My current e status against my old file number provided by CIC office Canada is given below but my new file number provided by London Office is still inactive in their system.

Do you all think that this is an error in their system or not?

hello friends ,
i submitted the documents (PCC AND NEWBORN) asked by nd visa office after in process with date .
so far no updates from nd visa office , silence is killing me ,how long it takes to get any updates after submitting the required documents?
my contract is getting over in august , dont want to renew it ,should i leave my present job in the hope that i will get medical request in june/july?
plese advice

i need to ask . As per CAIPS/GCMS note .....in many caips notes CPU was directed to issue MED or Updated documents but in my case
IMS was asked to Initiate B x 2 ( mean back ground checks)

what is difference?

secondly my BFD is 27.5.12 ( its sunday ..today)..... what will happen? will it be ignored?

Dear friend,

Even if your file is opened today, nothing would happen.
Untill VO's visa quota. As most VO's are over with their quotas.
So we have to wait till july(i think).

Today is my B'FD. Not expecting anything to happen. Hope that MR comes in July-12 after new MI comes into place.
