Dear Jnathan, I wish the same..... It is basically fake documents cases that are causing delay to a significant extent.

It is really frustrating that some applicants with forged documents get through the visa process where as genuine cases are being delayed.

Also such cases are adding numbers & increasing pendency.

I am From New Delhi.

My status Changed to Inprocess in Nov First week with RBVO Details and ever since nothing has happened although

All People in the same boat Lets share experience and anxieties ;D

I fail to Under stand why we were changed to "In process" in Nov 2011

I believe that Indians make up the 50% of their overall intake of FSW applicants.
Without them , they'd miss out 50% of the lucrative revenue as RPRF. Moreover, guess how much money each Indians would take with them on their 1st visit as PR !! CIC cann't ignore that woo !

News from Nicky & Sunny are encouraging for NDVO pre-june applicants. Nicky got a CSQ response stating that they will start processing pre-june applications in 2012 and sunny whose 2nd AOR is in July 2010 got real in process. Something to cheer for NDVO pre-june applicants in New Year.

Sunny's IP is Rbvo inside or its the real IP?
