Hi friends,

All those applicants whose status change into DM in Feb, 2012 join here. So we can all discuss about our future. Also please tell me your time line with NOC.

Dear Paro.

I am also prejune applicant.My NOC is 4131. 2AOR sep 27,2010.On line inprocess (same rbvo) Aug 1,2011.
New line inprocess with magic line ,Your application was reviewed and we started processing on Feb 14,2012.A Decision has been made on your application.The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I also worry about that.Now on line status is DECISION MADE. any senior plz comments on this.

Sorry to say Decision Made before medical results in rejection. However, a few applicants experienced such cases a few days/months back. It proved as the system error. Hope in your case the things may prove as a system error.

BTW, please share your ecas status changes step by step just before going into DM. Such as whether the address disappeared or not, how many day? Did you find the line with date and DM at a time or first got only line with date? If these two happened separately, after how many days it comes to DM? What is your current ecas status; IP or DM?
 
i m an august 2009 applicants and since somehwre in 2011 my status went to In Process with RBVO inside,but yesterday when i checked my status it turns out to "Decision Made" and one line which is new inside is
"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 16, 2012. "

How come in just 5 or 6 days,they have completed the processing.

One more thing my address is also not there

can u please share if same thing happened to anyone one else here.

Should i treat it as refusal or..........?

Thinking and hope to be a technical error. Wait till the address reappeared.
 
Looks like quiet few people with DM this Tuesday -
sanjay0522, Royalhawk, Paro, Louay, mwwadkhan, afaraz, Achaudry, naveedpcs also I saw few more, hope people pitch in and share there status if it's changed to DM this week.

I think I saw couple more in other threads, but those were from last to last week.

This is my online status -

We received your application for permanent residence on March 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on April 28, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

Are the passing scores/ Points for between Jan 2010 to 26-Jun-2010 i.e. Pre-26th jun 2010 applicant was 67 or 64? Does anyone know this? It seems to me that it was less than 67 but I can't recall and can't find that information. I m wondering if anybody know any links for the points then, it will be really helpful.

Anyone please share the link if you have or know about this info.

I checked it again, it was dot 67 for us. Now I m thinking it could be related to points, don't know where they evaluated less, if I loose even single point then my application is not eligible.
My wife is graduate with 3 yr degree course and 2 year diploma, not sure if they gave her 3 points or 4. If they gave her 3 points then this is where we loose. I have provided all certificates and have even given the letter from US (used for H1 application) which showed that diploma course and the hours on that course made that course equivalent to MS. What I am wondering is, if they evaluated and were not satisfied, then should'nt they ask for supporting documents?

Please let me know your thoughts on same. Meanwhile I m going to wait on their response and reason. Pretty much I m thinking we are screwed up here.

Relied in other thread also.

What period you are mentioning here is MI-1 when the score needed 67 to pass. MI-1 was from Nov 29, 2008 to 25 June 2010. This pass mark (67) was set on Sept. 18, 2003.
 
As per my understading after looking some of these DM status before medical and after RBVO during in-process means the local VO start working on your application , now there will be application acceptance or rejection after VO reviewed during the process.
In this case applicant have to wait for till further communication made by local VO. Do not trust on any guesses or post made by temporary forum members (temporary forum members means some members created some DM or related posts and after that forum members never return back to this thread).

Supporting you 100%. A few days ago, I was also telling of such sudden members whose cases have got DM. I doubt these posts are given to spread panic among the members. +1

I dont think these posts are wrong, as for me I m member of this forum since long, I hope nobody has to be in same shoes as us. For me I m seeing DM and I m worried about the points, kind of mentally preparing myself and exploring other options already.

When did you see this status on E-cas?
