Dear All Seniors on the forum.
My sister is 40 & single. She is applying for PR soon. However, her birthday is approaching in december.
Following are our fears/doubts:
1. If she files the PR before birthday, and still goesnt receive ITA does that mean her CRS/FSW score will go down? Will immigration authorities/CRS score consider date of application before birthday for scoring purpose.
2. If she gets a lower score in IETLS, can she give the exam later and update the fresh increased score in the SAME Application (will they recount her points as per improved IELTS score). Considering we file her application before her birthdate.
