Pre-existing Condition Visitor Insurance for Parent

Good day!

I've been doing lot of internet research to find out a Canadian Insurance company who covers the pre-existing condition with 90 days stability period before the policy begins. There are many with minimum of 120 days, however, not able to find one with 90 days stability period.

If anybody is aware..please advise. Appreciate it.
