My wife got an invitation for pre arrival services, but she doesn’t want to sign up for it. Is that ok, or she must sign up for it?

As per many senior members, Pre-Arrival Services is designed to educate you of all the services that are available for new comers. Its not mandatory that you enroll but its very beneficial to know about them.

Please, any senior members correct me if I have misguided this person.

The thing is that I have been in Canada for 7 years and a Canadian citizen as well. I told her her a lot about Canada. But the thing I really want to know wether it is mandatory or not.
