Don’t wait until to the last minute. IRCC made changes to the list of pre-arrival services fro 2019 and has retained 14 pre-arrival service providers, and one is SOPA-Settlement Online Pre-Arrival (SOPA) provides detailed information about your expected settlement and employment in the different provinces of Canada because the staff is based in the various provinces. As you maybe have read finding work is challenging, especially that you are new to Canada. Through SOPA, you will expect where to see information about jobs in Canada.
