Pre - Arrival service Mail

Dear all
Is there any possibility that applicant will be rejected after pre-arrival service l mail received , i got pre -arrival mail the day my eligibility was passed and it been passed 95 days, but i am in CIC interview event list also according to GCMS note , date not yet fixed by Singapore.

May be , don't know low long to be wait for interview, it passed almost 100 days but no schedule yet , i need to face interview for my son , he did not passed admissibility

He is going to be six in next july, i adopted him when he was 1.5 years . I have to prove our relationship is genuine , i passed eligibility and criminality , medical not started yet and security under the code s15(1) , i guess it completed , got pre -arrival service mail in 15 January
