Hello everyone,

My boyfriend has applied for PR through PNP (Ontario) which has been submitted to CIC from April 2017. He recently got an email from CIC which has an attachment about pre-arrival service. Anyone knows what does this mean? He has not yet been asked to do a medical exam! Thank you for the help.

This is a common mail to use their free services

Thank you. So it does not mean any progress in the application, right?

@samfa

Actually some people on this forum have mentioned that if you get the Pre Arrival services letter your application is almost complete.

What is your timeline?

I’m in the process as you. I also got the letter and am wondering what will happen next :)

Any updates on your case?

Hi everyone,
He actually received his medical request in early March and nothing else after that. So, do you think there is any problem that he got the pre-arrival letter before even his medical? I should mention that his application is paper based and not express entry.
