The medicals will start trickling again soon. It will however be less as compared to earlier times because MI-1 applicants are sharing the processing workloads with MI-2 applicants who are on priority.

Can anybody explain the two types of applicants: Pre June and Post June 2010? The applicant who applies for PR for the first time before June 2010 and gets his First AOR in June 2010 comes in which category? The one who gets his Second AOR in November 2010 comes in which category? Does pre June mean 2nd AOR before June?

If you filed your application with the CIO anytime before 26th June 2010 and after Feb 28 2008 then you are a pre-June applicant.If you filed your application with the CIO on or after June 26 2010 which was when the new/2nd Ministerial instructions became effective, then you are a post June applicant. You're apparently a Pre-June applicant from the details provided on the left side of your posting.
