can anyone please explain to me the new status updated on my PR application "we sent you correspondence on Febraury 2019 about the decision on your application"

The ECAS changed to "Decision Made"
I have not recieved anything by mail or emai arount a weekl?

is it good or bad? kindly help

Your application is probably complete now. Check your email or CIC account, you should have a letter stating that an interview will be scheduled to finalize your PR application. Good luck, could you share your timeline please?
