Dear sir
If the five years is over and I complete 655 days in Canada and I got new PR for another five years. Do I need to stay from the beginning to complete my stay 1090 days to apply for the citizin
I mean in every 5 years I have to start from the beginning please advice

No. you have to have 3 years physical residency in Canada in the 4 years prior to the date you sign the application for citizenship.

No - three years in the last four years before you apply for citizenship.
 
When you apply for citizenship, they only look at the last 4 years before you apply. You need to have at least 1095 days during those 4 years. Time you stayed in Canada more than 4 years ago does not count at all.
