i landed in july 2012 and im planning to go back to my home country march 2013 and to continue my study for 1yr then go back after 1yr. my pr card wil be lose?

You are allowed to stay outside Canada for up to 1095 days (3 years) in your first 5 years as a PR so one year is not a problem.

Right. Your PR card and passport is all that you will need - the PR card is evidence you are a permanent resident of Canada.
