PR/WP while in 2nd canadian degree?

I am currently a Master's student in Quebec in my second semester after a bachelor's degree completed at the same university. Are there any PR or Study permit programs I am eligible for immediately? I am too late to apply for the PGWP from my 1st degree (after 180 days) and all of my work experience were acquired during my study permit and are thus, ineligible to claim. I am also willing to relocate and I am planning on taking an english (IELTS) and french (TCF) test.

Are you fluent? If see if you are you eligible for Express Entry - FSW program? As for study programs, only you can decide what you want to study. If bilingual look at Quebec Immigration eligibility.
