I'm a PR but I haven't filed my tax in CRA yet. I first landed here in Canada last 2016 and 5 months after I had to return to my country to gain more job experience. I started this freelance work since 2017 (outside Canada) and continuing to work up to this date (returned in Canada Feb 2019). While I was gone in Canada and I'm earning I know I have to pay those taxes I've missed. But with that, I need to know how am I going to file my tax? Do I need to register myself a work permit as a freelancer?
