His school called him and told him about the study permit expiring and he stopped studying immediately. Our consultant did not disclose this info and said that its not material to the application. Since its a spousal sponsorship and their main focus is the genuineness of your relationship and whether he is admissible in canada or not (past criminal history) which he doesnt have. Will ircc care about that?
