PR with 8 months PGWP

Hello guys,
I am right now in my final semester of 1 year PG diploma program in Ontario, toronto. I have 1 year of work experience in India. I am really confused whether to take another 1 year program or to apply for PNP directly right after my program. If i am gonna apply for PNP what are the chances of getting PR? My CRS score is 419 right now with ielts score of 8777, with 1 year foreign work experience and no canadian work experience.
