PR VISA vs PR CARD

I hope someone can answer my question here

1. What's the difference between pr visa & pr card?
2. Do I need to get a new pr visa if I change my passport?
3. Is there any validity for pr visa?
4. Is someone can travel abroad only with both these documents?
5. How some one book a flight ticket if the person don't have a last name on his/her passport?

Pr visa is valid for one entry only. Pr card is valid for 5 years. You need your passport and pr card to enter Canada. To keep your pr status, you need to stay 2 out of 5 years in Canada.
