I'm in India now..and Medical done and Paid RPRF last week.

Can I send them email to change my VO to Delhi now? I already mentioned in my application, the Imm. processing office as Delhi, India.

I thought of sending email once the Medical and RPRF status appear in my ECAS.

Hi, i guess you should wait for PPR as of now. Let the process go at its own pace till you get your PPR post which you can change your location.

I just got my Passport request today morning.

Request sent to CIC to change my visa office to CHC, Delhi.

Do you know, how long it will take to get response?

Usually they take 3 weeks to reply.i had mailed them on 6th june for vo change but hvnt recieved a reply till date

Hi Veronica79, even myself in same situation... I received PPR on Oct23..I emailed back for printing visa at CHC,New Delhi on Oct24...on ECAS status changed to Decision Made....Still waiting for their reply....pls let me know whether I need to wait or shall I send my PPR thru my friend to Ottawa.
 
What I remember is Raaga did submit passport to CHC new delhi without getting reply initially from CIC Ottawa but he did get reply from CIC Ottawa eventually and he got his passport stamped back only after that reply. So nobody knows whether he got his passport stamped on it's own by CHC New delhi or in the mean time when he was waiting for 21 days to get back his passport New Delhi got some communication from Ottawa.
