PR Visa Stamping in other office without CPC reply

Hello Seniors,

I have received my passport request three weeks back on 16 May. I requested for change in Visa office for my wife and kid to India and mine in Canada itself on May 17 . But after that I have not received any reply from them. Its almost going to be a month. I have sent three reminders but till now there is no response.

Should I keep waiting for the reply or just go ahead and send my passport to Ottawa office and my family's in India office. ?

Is there anybody who have done this and got the visa stamped ?

we are on the same boat, I sent a request on May 14, also sent 3 reminders, still no reply. I'll wait till friday, if not, ill send my passport to canada thru my representative. We emailed ottawa yest that if we will not received any reply till friday, we'll go ahead send my passport to ottawa.
 
I have submitted mine to New Delhi CHC basis PP request alone via VFS Canada and my passport has been dispatched and in transit now. However I have waited for almost 25 days to get it back from them usually it takes less than a week.
Personally I recommend that you wait for CPC's reply to your email. Rest is up to you.
 
I sent a request on 26-May and waiting since then .......
 
We all should wait for Raagaa to confirm his received package.
Till then... lets pray that we receive response from CIC.

Just received PP with immigrant visa stamp & Confirmation of Permanent Residence Status letter aka COPR.

Had submitted PP without a response from CPC O on change of visa office. It took 25 calendar days to get the PP back from CHC ND. The delay could have occurred due to current slow down of processing due to overload of pending cases somewhere in the system (PR Cards) may be.
Anyhow, like I always say, All's well that ends well... Finally I am breathing without any anxiety. This definitely is a feeling of sheer euphoria, today every moment of killer wait seems worthwhile :-)
All the best to those who are awaiting a news from CPC O. Will be active on this forum, also once I land in Toronto, I'll pen down my experience with the overall procedure.

No I did not, initially I submitted only passport as per the PP Request email however the very same day I got a call from CHC New Delhi for submission of 2 passport size photographs, similar specification to the application photograph requirements.
So I had to send an additional courier with photographs and a cover letter.
Requirements for photographs was specified in the later email from CPC O regarding change of visa office.

CHC Delhi doesn't receive PP directly. One has to submit the PP to the nearest VFS branch.

Initially the PP was submitted via VFS center in Mumbai and I am from Nagpur. So, when they had called for photographs and cover letter,I explained them my situation that just for the sake of 2 photographs to be submitted with VFS Center I had to travel almost 1000 kms. They understood my situation and allowed me to send the courier directly to CHC. The address was from CIC website.
Again, due to special circumstances I was able to send a direct courier but PP has to be submitted with VFS and if you live in the same city as a VAC then any submission has to go through VFS.

Can anyone help how to get a PR card in Canada. I am a first Ph.D students who had a master of applied science in Canada, so my question is how to know the eligibility for PR card or I have to wait to finish my second year to be eligible.
