PR visa - Sending passports to different offices?

we rcvd ppr on 23 feb )))

We have a question regarding sending the passports for pr visa

I live in canada (student) but my husband (main applicnt) lives in uae.
We dnt knw how to send the passports - we emailed both uae visa office & CPC-ottawa - & we rcvd an autoreply that it takes 15 & 20 business days to respond:s

I am a bit worried coz we have to submit passports in 30 days - anyone has a clue.
I want to submit to CPC-Ottawa & my husband to UAE office
