PR Validity for 5 or 4 years

Hi All,

Applied under CEC and recived PR confirmation VISA. On COPR Expiration date given as 2019/04/27.

1. Please advise is this my PR Expiration date.

2. Also will they consider for my next PR renewal the time I spent & applied for PR (July 24, 2014) in Canada.

3. Since landed on July 25, 2015, I was in a impression that PR will be issues upt o July 24, 2020.

Please advise.

Applied on July 24, 2014 (With In Canada)

Landed on July 25, 2015

Expiration on COPR April 27, 2019

1. No - this is not your PR card expiration date. This is the date by which you must land. I would double-check this date since COPR visas typically expire in less than a year.
2. No - they will only consider the time after you became a PR.

Thanks, but on COPR i can see my PR landing VISA is upto 2016/04/27 and I do see Expiration Date as 2019/04/27'. When I wwnt OHIP renewal also they gave my OHIP expiration data as 2019/04/27'. Please advice
